Protecting children from abuse, exploitation, and neglect is at the heart of our mission. We provide legal advocacy, shelter, education, and psychosocial support to children who are survivors of abuse. Our programs also include training for parents, caregivers, and teachers on child protection, ensuring that communities are better equipped to recognize and respond to signs of abuse or neglect.
We recognize the unique challenges faced by youth, particularly young girls, in accessing education, career opportunities, and navigating societal pressures. Our youth empowerment programs focus on building life skills, fostering leadership, providing vocational training, and promoting economic independence for girls and young women. We also advocate for their rights, encouraging their active participation in decision-making processes that impact their lives.
Empower Her Foundation advocates for stronger legal frameworks that protect the rights of women and children. This includes lobbying for improved legislation on GBV, child protection, equal access to education, and economic rights. We provide free legal support to survivors of violence, helping them navigate the legal system and seek justice.
We conduct extensive community outreach programs to educate both women and men about gender equality, children’s rights, and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments. These programs include workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on child protection, gender equity, and violence prevention.
